Making a routine is a good idea to start you day in an organize way especially if its about food.

Our suggestion for your routine is to have a good healthy plan for your body to eat more fruits and vegetables and Have a exercise activity. Here are some suggestions of routines you may use for your daily plan. And remember, Always DRINK 8 glasses of water for it is the basic necessity for our body.

Routine plans

Breakfast – fruits & vegetables

Lunch – heavy coarse meal

Dinner – bread & milk

Exercise – evening time

Breakfast – breakfast meal (cereals, milk egg etc.)

Lunch – coarse meal

Dinner – salad (vegetables, fruits, ceasar, lettuce)

Exercise – morning time
